I have an 05 c6, push button start, with a procharger. I installed a ecs blower cam, l92 heads, and an l76 intake. On the first try to start it turned the crank, and wouldnt turn over. We found out that one of the spark plugs was disconnected, and reconnected it. Tried again and still a no go. Tested the started and found that it was bad. Bought a new starter and then shortly after found out that the batterys amps were low, so i bought a new battery. Installed the new battery and it wont turn at all, im getting just a click and nothing else. What could be the problem?

Maybe a loose conection on the bat wire to the starter. I had to shim my new starter. It was hitting the fly wheel and not turning it. I could here the starter motor turning over. if the solenoid can't push out the gear it won't allow the starter to run.
