6.0 stroker L92 heads 243 head?
If i build a 408 stroker out of a 6.0 and run L92 heads do i need special pistons? I thought i read some place on here that someone had a pair of LS6 heads and was going to switch to L92's people were telling him that he was going to need to cut pistons or something so he did not have P/V issues
also Im building this from scratch and looking for a bad running unit should i be running the L92's or are 243's good enough? it is going to be carbed and in an old nova

It depends entirely on your camshaft. If you run a high lift cam with enough duration, you could run into PTV issues with pistons that don't have a valve relief. If you do choose new pistons, make sure that you choose some that have the valve relief in the right position for the L92 valves.
