What is the max lift you can do before piston to valve comes ito play, On a all stock 05 6.0 ls2, thanks

It's not peak lift u worry about, it's the higher duration around .150-.200" lift that typically is the point of concern.

You need to look at duration to determine piston to valve issues. The largest cam we offer for that motor is a 239/242 duration so that can give you an idea of what you need to look at.
