Default PTV Question

I'm building an LQ4 with stock dish pistons & stock L92 heads & gasket. I'm looking at cams. Any opinions on this lingenfelter GT2-3 camshaft? part # L210125297 dur @ .050 207/220 valve lift .571"/.578" rocker arm 1.7 ratio centerline 118.5. Can I just swap out springs (lingen cam comes with stock ls6 valve springs) and pushrods (what size?) & roll? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

As long as your heads are not milled a crazy amount then I don't see a problem with that cam fitting correctly. We always recommend measuring piston to valve clearance before the motor fires but we have put larger cams then that in those motors with no issues. We always make sure to do springs and pushrods with any cam install on these motors.

So stock pistons should be ok. Should I be using stock push rods too? I think they are 7.4s in the lq4.
