so i'm looking to do a 408 build in the near future and i've been doing some research and found that the l92 heads are a bang for the buck, i have found out that people run alot more duration on the exhaust side and have made more power that way, but on the other hand there all fuel injected guys who tune computers and care about drive ability, i have a 4000 converter with a powerglide (its a race car) and i want to crack into the 9's, i need a cam that will work for this setup and pull to around 7000rpms, any other information you need feel free to ask

will be a 408 with compstar rods wesico pistons 11.0:1 compression l92heads victor jr intake with a 950hp CARB

My stuff is not that radical. Under 250 on both sides. Makes power over 7000.
