Default LS3 cam choice.

I was thinking about the 231/236-644/614 from TSP, it's very close to the t-3 cam they have for the LS1. Not only power, but driveability and sound are concerns...any imput would be helpful, thanks!

If drivability is a concern, our LS3 Street Heat Stage 1 camshaft would be a great choice. In the vehicles it's been installed in we've seen 48-52 kpa at idle. For example the stock cam pulls within 2-4 kpa of our Stage 1 cam. This gives great driving manners as vacuum is literally unaffected.

If you're looking for a cam that gives instant response off idle and gains across the board I'd highly recommend it.

Specs are 227/238 .614/.585 115+5.
