Default Running a GEN IV (LY6) in GEN III (LQ4) form

Hey I am pulling teeth trying to find a kit to swap a IV in place of a III. After searching the forums I only find gen III to IV swap stuff. I started with an LQ4 but ended up having a cylinder full of water, so I now have a gorgeous almost new LY6.
No gen IV harness etc... I still have all the LQ4 ****.

How much trouble am I getting into going to use the LQ4 harness, ( I will get a cable driven TB ) but as for crank, cam knock sensors is there a complete kit or someone who has gone down this road I can cheat from?

thanks

you shouldnt have to much of a problem, do you know what reluctor wheel is on your new motor? You may have to run the ligenfelter box

I have the 58x wheel, so if I am correct I need:

a ls3 timing cover and cam gear,
then a harness for knock sensors and lingenfelter box?

I need to order everything all together and just second guessing myself.

Im doing the exact same thing. First im swapping to a 24x then plugging dod passages. You can run Iv end covers. As far as sensors they make extesions to reach down to the knock sensors down on the block and extend harness to use cam sensor up front instead of rear. If im wrong someone correct me
