Default testing oil pressure in ls2

i'm new to the ls engine so can somebody please tell me the best place to test the oil pressure in my ls2 Gto? I have good pressure at idle and at 2k rpm but it is rare for it to rise above 45 psi at higher rpm on my jhp gauges. I suspect that I have worn bearing and a weak pump

( I POSTED THIS IN THE WRONG SECTION BEFORE )

You can use the oil galley port at the rear of the block by the oil filter, this is where i always hook up my tester

ok thanks. on the gto the filter is in the front so im guessing the two plugs in the rear on drivers side will be about the same.
