Cam Journal clearance
Building an LS2 based engine - alum 6.0L block.
Had the machine shop install Durabond CHP-23 bearings in block. I am mocking up the crank/cam etc, I mike the Comp cam and the installed bearings and find the oil clearance at .0047" ish. This seems like a lot, especially when crank and rod journals are kept at .002 or so on the Alum blocks.
I miked the CompCam journals at 2.165". I have an old well used stock cam that I miked at 2.1655". So the cam seems to be within reasonable spec.
What are the options here ? No .001 under cam bearings are available.

Cam journal specs are 2.1640" - 2.1660". The Clevites seam to be slightly thicker, but depends on each set. The #1 and #5 housing bores always run a bit big from the factory. Housing bores;
1 & 5 = 2.3460-2.3480"
2 & 4 = 2.3260-2.3280"
#3 = 2.3063-2.3083"
