Default Lq4 and L92 future upgrade dilemma

I'm in the process of building vortec/lsx combo but in stages. Stage 1 will be a Lq4 with L92 heads(dual valve spring) 235/239 .639/.632 112 lsa cam and ls3 intake maybe fast 102mm if I can find one cheap enough. I plan on mill heads .030 to bump up compression. Stage 2(couple years down the road) is to stroke the lq4 and add a turbo. Well my question is, will milling the heads .030 hurt my future upgrades?

It shouldn't if you put dish pistons in when you stroke the motor out later. That should drop the compression back down to safe boost limits (depending on how much power you're trying to get out). Goes without saying however that when you mill the heads make sure you replace the head studs with ARP's. Just my piece on it. I'm sure someone will chime in with a better answer.
