Default Big thanks to Patrick G and kurt decker TF255 heads dyno

Just got my car back from LSX performance Dyno Tuning aka Patrick G and Kurt's shop!
I swapped my previous ls3 based motor to a 408 with the new Trick Flow Gen X 255 heads
Dyno sheets attached. The new numbers are 523rwhp and 482 rwtq.
This is on Kurt s mustang dyno and my 4000 Yank stalled auto
Pat tuned it for me on a speed density tune. The car drives great and pulls amazing. I cant thank them enough for the finishing touches they did and the best tune money can buy IMO. If u are in the Victoria/South Tx are I say u cant go wrong with these two.
ls2 based 408
Trick flow 255 ls3 heads
Tick Performance 239/254 .623 .596 113 lsa cam
Spinmonster ported FAST 102
NW 102mm Throttle body
custom 4" halltech CAI Mafless
LG 1 3/4 headers
3" x pipe
borla stingers
yank 4000 stall

Good numbers, should have Patrick spec the cam stick for you.

What's the compression on that 408?

Nice 2 see your engine finished and a good number thru a auto trans... same engine except 4 engine size & cam solid roller 251/269 693/693 lift 108 comp is 11.75.2 cam was done by Martin. The cam was knocked down from .732 with 1.8 rocker..I was suspose 2 use the 1.7 rocker to get .715 lift... You could alway get more aka:little more cam... Got the Vic Jr..still waiting 2 see Super Vic intake 4 bonus hp.... think about how much power that intake could support & cheaper than MAST or a PORTED LS3 intake including FAST throw 1500 total 4 either... 1 draw back .....hood clearence.. looking @ the hemi shakerhodd on my Malbu ...i dont want 2 cut into a perfectly good wimberly white hood....still out of town 4 the past 5weeks... Keep going looking 2 c what u run... SOUNDS LIKE THE PERFECT D/D with 500+RWHP
