iron ls3 build numbers and a couple questions
I'm go try this again in another section. Maybe I'll get more information about what i need to do to wrap my build. This is what my build consists of...
6.0 block with ls3 internals
Block been sonic decked
92mm nick williams throttle body
42 lb injectors
Kooks headers 1 7/8
Btr slr lifters
Comp billet single roller timing chain
Factory Ls3 heads with btr 660 springs and titanium retainers
Ls3 intake lightly ported
Schumanns copo oil pump
98mm ftp air lid
Racetronix fuel pump/hotwire kit
Btr 229/244 on a 113+3 cam
4.10 gears
The car is a 2000 Z28 6 speed car. My questions are what should I do for a maf ? Should I do a underdrive pulley.. If so what brand and what percentage ? Should I just delete the maf ? Thanks for the help guys

first thing, with the 1 7/8 headers you should be running a 102 tb/intake combo and take advantage of the bigger headers you have. is this a track car? i would get rid of the maf and run speed density tune. maf is just a pain in the *** when it comes to tuning and the more mods u do the more you have to tune the maf tables. of course im sure someone will come in here and say mafs are easy to tune, but from my experience go speed density. if you do decide to go to the 102 set up the only maf ive seen is a 100mm maf from tsp. no one i know runs maf, all sd.. hope that helps...
oh and btw a underdrive pulley is a waste of money especially in a 6 speed. you can do things like go to an electric water pump, ac delete, to pick up the minimal hp gained if any from a ud pulley

I would stay away from cheap balancers if it was me. Fluidampener or ATI would be my choice.
