Default What year is this LQ4?

Trying to figure out the specific year for this motor (LQ4). As I understand there are two versions of it one is 03 and later and the other well 04 and earlier. What I have to work with is a short block, no heads no flywheel no nothing. This is what I have so far:
VIN: 12551364 - IDs that it's a LQ4/LQ9 (pistons (dished) ID'ed it as LQ4)
GM-SMCO - IDs the plant it was manufactured in.
Last thing I have is in the picture attached, which is located on the passenger side front near the deck of the block. I believe this is the date time group stamp. I think it reads H273 or 8273.

I may have just figured this out, if anyone can confirm that would be great. H = July, 27 = Day, 3 = year. 27 July 2003. Which makes since, since I have the LQ4 connecting rods and not the beefier LQ9s. If what I found out is true, see link below and this may help out anyone else that is trying to do the same.
