Default 5.3 intake and cam compatibility?

I have a 2013 5.3 from a Silverado. It has cylinder deactivation and variable valve timing. Are any changes necessary to to install an LS6 intake manifold aside from moving the idler pulley.

I also don't know if there are any unusual limits on what camshaft can be installed because of the variable valve timing. I want to get a more aggressive tune too I'm just concerned about what I can do with the existing features of the engine. It is bolted in the car but there is still a lot to do. Thanks.

Bump for some advice. Is DOD & VVT delete necessary for 400 RWHP goals. Say maybe a single bolt cam and car intake upgrade?
