Default LY6 build to 6.2

Ok, so this is my first LS build and have a few questions......

"Street Car" I plan on driving it every chance I get here in Kansas.

My plan so far is to make an iron 6.2 out of the 07 LY6. (over bore to 4.065 and use LS3 pistons with the LY6 rods and crank.)
Its going in my 63 hard top Nova.
Looking to make 400-450rwhp through a T56 Magnum.
Ive got a set of 823 heads that came on my motor and a LS3 intake/rails.
Plan on using:
LS3 Throttle Body,
BTR Stage IV LS3 Cam Kit ( Springs and Pushrods)
LS7 Lifters
MSD LS Atomic EFI ECU
Long tubes fitted for XBODY nova.

Is this a bad idea?

Let me know on Cam ideas, I've seen some massive gains with that cam but still up to suggestions on all of it.

We have done more than 4 LY6/LQ4 to 4.070" no problems, As far as the cam one of the best cams for that como made from 480-495 on this cam 3 different cars.

Nobody has any other suggestions? Ive seen on the Tick site that the stage 3 requires a 4.10 or lower gear. If I would get a spect.ed cam that is close to the BTR but would be more street friendly at the lower RPMs. Just ordered the Wide ratio Magnum this morning and was trying to keep a 3.50 or 3.73 gear.
