Default RE: LS swap Builder in Orange County, CA

Hi Guys and Gals,
I'm looking to swap LS3 and Tremec 6spds, into my 70 Chevelle convertible. I wanted to know if you guys can give me recommendations or referrals? For builders in Orange County, CA or Near by Area, that you work with or have experience with. Let me know your thoughts and experience on them?

Also I'm in the process of deciding which LS3: 430 hp,480 hp, and 525 hp. I really looking to build my convertible for touring and street use. No desire to tracks or races. Done that before and the turbo races ready just sitting in the garage, not manner for the street. I'm looking for reliability, street manner, everyday driver if choice too, and touring a couple hundreds miles on the PCH coast on some occasions, Let me know your input on which will be a better application, Thanks in Advance.

Rob Phillips at PCH rods has done excellent work for me. He is near you.
