Default Knocking noise

Ok so this noise I have is loud after it sits for roughly and hour or so and started. It knocks bad but goes away after like 1500rpms and also will go away at idle and almost entirely but is still there after less than a mile of driving. I think it's rod knock but I have never seen rod knock act this way. Setup- 06 gto 416 ls3, Lt1-sc clutch, stock m6, full supporting mods, nitrous 200 shot (has not been used in quite a few months). Expensive 500whp and now this ****. Everything shifts great. No gear pop outs. Clutch was put in exactly how it came to me. Even numbered the pedestals in relation to where they were. Torqued according to monster and broken in according to how they said. Clutch has 1500 miles if that on it. Motor was broken in exactly how told and taken care of perfectly. Barely beaten on. Has approximately 8k miles on the motor. Depressing clutch makes no difference.

What is different with this noise than
the rod knock you are used to?

Could be a loose rocker or maybe a lifter... pull oil filter and check for metal flakes... start by checking easiest things first

Drain oil and check for bearing material, cut filter apart and check that also.

That sounds too fast for a rod. Sounds like something jumping around under the valve cover

It is definitely not under the valve covers. This sounds like multiple rod bearings about toe give up the ghost....
