Cam Swap Touble!
So i just did a cam swap in my ls2 Cam specs: 281/283 Dur @ .050: 228 230 Lobe sep 112.0 valve life it .571 .573 did the rebuild process went to do the first crank and it bumped but quickly died and threw a ABS fault on the dash so i got a new battery and hooked my laptop up to it and found out i have a Camshaft position a sensor code and a Crankshaft position a sensor code, ive proceeded to tear it back down i have the push rods and rocker arms out and it will turn from 9 O'clock to 4 O'clock and back and the lock is it possible that the timing could be off and hitting a valve or what im at my breaking point with this swap and lost!

Sure sounds like the cam was not installed right, with all the pushrods and rockers off. Do a leakdown test to find out if all the valves are closing.
Another thing to check is to place a ruler across the top of the valve stems and see if any are high or low.
Maybe there is just some foreign object in one of the cylinders.
Report back your findings before tearing into it.

Blow air into spark plug hole.
You can weld up a spark plug and a air quick connect, or.
Use a screw in compression tester hose.
or use a rubber cone on a blow nozzle.
Are the tops of all the valves even?
