Default oil pump question

Hey all I have a 427 with forged mahle pistons, hellfire rings, callies rods, eagle crank, AFR 225 72cc heads, and a 232 by 242 113 mid lift cam. Its going in a 2800 stalled A4 02 TA with kooks headers, kooks y pipe and corsa exhaust. Top RPM will be around 6500 wont know for sure until I get it tuned in but that was the old rpm limit with the turboed 408 so good starting point. I also installed a SLP double roller LS2 chain and the only thing keeping me from installing it into the car and getting going is I was told by a friend that the new LS2 oil pump that I bought will not be sufficient to supply the 427 that I was gunna put it in. Please give me some feedback i am running on very limited time and even if I overnighted it mon here in Utah we have a state holiday tues so wouldnt get it till weds and that means I cant get it in and running till the weekend again just want to see if the LS2 oil pump will be fine for what I have and what I am looking for out of it. I used my 02 TAs stock oil pump in my 408 without issue and was told the LS2 is even better so personally couldnt see why it wouldnt be just fine for the 427. Thanks for all your help
