Default LS7 valve springs specs??What are they

I have seen two different specs posted. This one:

Valve Springs - Free Length
58.8 mm
2.313 in

Valve Springs - Installed Height
49.75 mm
1.959 in

Valve Springs - Load - Closed
450 N at 49.75 mm
101 lb at 1.96 in

Valve Springs - Load - Open
1380 N at 34.75 mm
310 lb at 1.37 in

Coilbind is 1.085 in
And then basically another one that is identical but with a coil bind of 1.300. So which is correct? What is the coil bind on an LS7 spring?

Default

Confirmed twice. At the typical install hieght of 1.800 you will only have about .480 travel till coil bind. You really couldnt even run a stock cam. Available lift would be like .450.

I have seen several people claim LS7 springs where identical to 918s and that people should buy them because they are cheaper. That appears to be false. Unless you machine the pockets down .200 or get much longer valves...LS7 springs are useless for regular LSx guys.

Coil bind with a retainer in place appears to be approx 1.310

Im sure LG and many shops already are aware of this. But I did a search around the net and various websites and found no info. I did find several saying that LS7 springs were a viable alternative to 918s. That is not so.
