Default balancing an ls7 crank

Has anyone successfully balanced an ls7 crank with forged rods/pistons (much heavier than stock) i'm assuming alot of weight would have to be added to the crank.. would this compromise durability?

can any local competent machine shop do it and would it be costly?

jason- this is the guy thats sending you the crank for the reluctor wheel swap, can you PM me the shipping address/etc?
