Default Recommendations for intake valves for my AllPro heads

I am building a new motor this winter that will allow me to increase my intake valve diameter from 2.08, possibly up to 2.125 according to the specs on the heads seats. Is there a hollow stem valve that will work in this application? I do not want to go to the expense of Ti as this is still a street driven car, and I doubt that my bank account will support them.

They will be used for an NA bigger cube motor.

If I have the room I may also go from 1.6 to 1.625 exhaust.

Any sponsors have anything?

Thanks for your input.

What RPM you plan to spin to? if under 7K then you could probably do stainless or inconel. Your right, Ti doesn't seem to be the best for street use and cost like $55 a piece I think.

Hollow valves are acceptable on NA engines but I get nervous on power adder setups. Choosing to run hollow valves is really going to depend on your cam choice and what your peak rpms are going to be. I know there are several manufacturers who sell hollow 2.08" valves, but I'd have to research the larger 2.125's. If someone makes them I'll post up.

I wish they were $55 apiece.

Mine were $137.50 per valve...

It is going to be a 455ci stroker with a 55mm Harrop on top of the AllPros so it is all motor.

It will be a hydraulic cam with no more than .630ish lift and likely 240-260 on both lobes.

I will be looking for input from our Aussie friends on this since they have more experience with this intake in the near future.

I just want to get the heads sorted out first to get a chamber volume, then we can start moving forwards with, pistons, gaskets and so on.

I am expecting to not turn it higher than 6500-6800rpm.I am really looking for a bit of a torque monster. My current motor goes to 7000 reliably so far. I have a couple more days at the track this year so hopefully that holds true.

All Pro quoted me $55 a piece so I don't know, I see them going for more .

If your spinning to only 6800, then stainless will probably be fine, just make sure your spring seat pressure is good and you have good lifters for those bigger valves. I'd call Bob at All Pro up for the bigger valves and see what they say, they have been real helpful to me. Also, I see TSP offering hollow stem valves, but don't know if they have your size.
