Default ls7 cam help

hey guys, i did a search but didn't quite find the answer i was looking for. my brother just bought a 2006 zo6 and wants to do a cam swap. he asked me what cam he should get, he doesn't want a drastic cam, just something subtle, yet noticeable that will give him a good boost. he is also doing a full exhaust, and an intake. any advice would be appreciated. Also, what supporting mods should he put on the car to make the most out of the cam? hardened pushrods? titanium springs? i don't know much about ls7's if you cant tell.

Custom 22X/24X .590/.590 112+X is awesome cam. Pushrods, Dual Valve Spring kit is also in order as well. Exhaust, Induction and a tune would be benefical as well.

There are a lot of videos there. I have our Torquer LS7 cam and it is very drivable. I got 25mpg on a trip to Memphis. 600hp/570tq with a proper exhaust.
