Is there any big groups of people that go out and run late at night or anything. If its all track stuff and events I really don't wanna go

lots of people cruise after the race day is over, you will see people all over the scottsville road and up and down the bypass (31W) lots of redlight action on those roads and all the bars and places to eat (and hotels) which BG is famous for tons of places to eat!! talk to people at the track and find out whats going on later i guess the racers bring money to town so the police dont bother people very much at all
