I'll be there for sat and sun only. too broke to long haul 
. I will be in my car and be rollin' with my buddies 1st Gen Lightning (you can't miss it bright red, low, chrome rims, and insanely loud) and another guy with a Vette.

So for us Fbody guys doing the HRPT this year heres a question:
My car like most fbodys is several (11) years old, my water pump is original likely, betl tensioners too. Changed my belts already, I have extra hoses too and as far as I know my u-joints are good but unknown if their original or not......how many f-bodys that have went in the past years HRPT have broke down and if so, what was your break down?
PS-Who is bringing tow vehicles w/trailers? One person comes to mind in this thread, any others??!

im going for the long haul wit my best friend and my girlfriend....im bringing my 02 ss camaro...and my girl is bringing her 04 gto....me and my friend are 2nd yr long haulers....this is my girls first time ever doing the hrpt and she will aslo be a long hauler....cant wait to see u all in iowa on saturday morning.... im leavin around 330 am from monee illinois....taken 80 w the whole way if anyone wants to meet up....let me know...

Rushing to get everything finished. We'll be leaving mid day tomorrow. Driving from Houston to ~half way tomorrow. Newton, Iowa Friday evening/night. Start up bright and early Saturday!

Twotonefreak, we are leaving from Tulsa at 630am Friday and going via Joplin and meeting up with some folks from Arkansas at the Cracker Barrel in Joplin, somewhere around 8-830am.
If u are heading up I44 that way, stop by and join up with us. We will then take US71 up thru MO and catch I-35 past KC MO.
