Well, the first few power tours were all east coast. then in '01 they went from MI to CA and haven't been that far west since. I would guess that year after next will be going out west to the coast.

i have a feeling it will be west in 08. they have crisscrossed the mid and eastern US for like 5 years, and i have a feeling they have gotten some feedback from west coast ppl about that. hell, some PT ppl even organized their own minitour up in far northwest.
