Default Hi, New convert to LSX

Hi, I am new in this forum, but I decided to jump in after reading a few very interesting posts.
My name is Luis H Corbala and I live in Phoenix, AZ.
As I said I am a new convert to LS power, my car (or jalopy) is a 70 Chevelle which originally had a Big Block, but it was a bit too radical for street driving and I am slowly taming the beast.
I got an '02 LQ9 6.0 and I am in the proccess of dropping it into my Chevelle. I haven't really had much time to work on it, but plans call for a mild "hot Cam" or something, Doug's headers, reuse the 3" flowmasters I had on the big block, reprogram the stock ECM, and probably retrofit a TB plate or a nozzle, to the NOS system already installed in the car.
The rest of the drivetrain (because believe me it is not much more than drivetrain) is a TH200R4 with a shift kit and a deep pan, a 2500 lock up stall converter, and a 12 bolt rear end with a posi and 4.10 gears (which remained from the last configuration).
I might install a carburetor on just to get it running, since I already have a Holley 3310, and I traded a few BBC left over parts for a GMPP LS2 Four Barrel Intake. All I need is the MSD controller (does anybody have one for sale?)
It will be of course fuel injected but there is a lot to do before that happens, but I will probably use the GMPP intake with an edelbrock elbow, I read some comments here against that, so I'd appreaciate any input on it.
Thanks a lot

Luis H. Corbala
