Do you think this was a good deal? There was a craigslist ad for a 2000 WS6 6 speed black/black with 92k miles by Chicago. To top it off, it has
SLP headers/ypipe w/cats /loudmouth exhaust
centerforch clutch..PRO 5.0 shifter
Spohn adj panhard/ adj control arms/torque arm
SLP lid
JL 10inch sub/ 400 watt alpine amp and alpine head unit.
HAL 12 way shocks/struts/springs
Autometer monster carbon fiber tach w/shiftlight, A pillar A/f guage a and boost gauge that match the tach (he had a turbo on the car for a month)
the only things that were bad was the passenger headlight motor buzzes when it goes down. (gear stripped) which he supplied us with the metal gear upgrade and the passenger window motor doesn't work. Oh and the dreaded little cracks at the top of the door panels. As far as the body there was no scratches that couldn't be buffed out..no dents..good tread on the tires. He was asking $6500 ...but ended up asking his bottom dollar which he said $5500. You think $5500 cash was a good deal?

Damn thats a crazy good deal... +1 on something being wrong, there has to be, no one lets that go for so little especially since the guys seems to have had a good amount of work into it... Why was there a turbo on there for a month? That sounds a little shady... anyways good luck and good find

Yeah we have a clear title, no lien on it. I carfaxed the car and it showed this guy being the owner of it for the last 5 years and he bought the car from carmax. He already bought a new EVO that was sitting in the garage next to it. He was a pretty legit guy. He said he took the turbo off because oil kept leaking into the housing when he shut it off and didn't feel like dealing with it. I've looked the car up and down..can't find anything wrong. He just wanted it gone..quick.
