Listen, I don't support illegal activities, but I do think its ridiculous that a sherrif would waste resources on trying to prove phelps used drugs.
How many people has the Richton county SO let down by poor performance? How can they waste their resources on a victimless crime.
IMO this is an abuse of the authority given to him by the people.
Everyone needs to call Leon Lott at (803) 576-3000 and tell him to do his job and leave michael phelps alone...
Please be respectful and professional, and they may listen to our opinions.
There are real victims out there! There are real criminals, good to see the sherrif is wasting resources.
