New MN guy with C5Z Hi everyone,
I'm making the rounds after just purchasing my first Corvette. I picked up a 2002 Z06 two months ago with 28k on the clock. It was nearly bone stock minus a C6Z shifter, flowmaster axleback, and other small goodies like a shorty antenna, partition, etc.
Well, the mod bug didn't take long to hit me. I tinted the windows 20% a couple weeks later, installed a Vararam CAI and lowered the car using C6 bolts and longer rears a week after that, and I just recently picked up my dream set of wheels - CCW SP500s. 18x10 fronts with 275/35s and 19x11.5 rears with 305/30s.
Plans are to add headers, replace the flowmasters, and tune this year, and next year will likely involve a boost-friendly cam
Oh! I don't know how many posts it takes to make a FS thread, but I do have a set of speedlines with nearly new Michelin Pilot Sports that would sure look damn sexy on a Camaro/Firebird/TA.
