New Old Guy (Not too Old) from San Antonio Bought a 2000 Coupe last summer. Only took me 32 years to finally buy my Vette...I've retired from the USN (24 years) and now work for the USA.
Anyhow, hope to learn some about building up the LS1. I'm slow but methodical about getting all the parts but will see it to completion. I'm looking forward to heads, cam and LS6 intake. Intend to keep an OEM type exhaust like Ti catbacks. Will swap out the H pipe for an X pipe and the exhaust manifolds for some free flowing Z06 ones. (Already have the Z06 airbox to help the breathing.)
