Hello all! I'm new to the forum and have read a lot of good info on here already. I used to be a ford guy and recently sold my 400rwhp vortech supercharged 02 mustang to my friend and took his 84 vette in on trade. I was going to sell the vette but decided I liked it but it just needed a little update. I bought a 5.3l lm7 engine for it today and I plan on doing the swap over the next few weeks/month. I work at a salvage yard so I got a good deal on the engine and have access to lots of parts. I look forward to this project quite a bit. I'm going to put a cam in it before installing it, along with an ls2 intake manifold/rails, etc. Should be fun and I look forward to learning more than I already know about ls engines.
