Noob in east Texas
Hey guys jus wanted to into and get used to this forum thing. I really don't know what took me so long, I've loved all chevy V8s all my life starting with my dads drag car a 73 vega 30over 283 with 5.13 gears.
I am on my 4th ls motor, all have been basically stock but I love the performance and power potential. My first was a 00 trans am with 100K miles, it created a knock so me and my brother pulled it(out the top) and tore it down finding a bad cam bearing. It was in this process that I learned to truly appreciate its design. Then seeing 7-800 hp s/c and turbo cars on stock bottom ends is impressive to say the least.
