Default newbie from Wis.

Hi ls1 heads. I am starting a project that I hope this forum will greatly help with. I have a 1968 Buick skylark custom hard top and a late 1999 Chevy Silverado pick up with a 5.3 L (donor motor for the skylark). Any direction in where to start reading for my future swap would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping to have this project to become a family affair. I have attached some pick's where I found it and after it was on the trailer. Very little rust, since it has been sitting in a back forty for almost 15 years. The 99 is still a daily driver, but the Wisconsin winters have been very hard on the body (foreign steel) I will be replacing it soon. The Buick has a locked up 350 in it and I have a spare 350 tore apart that came with it, I am hoping to sell them to help with the restoration of the skylark. Any comments are appreciated was well. Thanks
