Default Just picked up..

Hi guys. I been wandering around the site for a little while now.. But finally made a purchase.

I purchased a 1968 Camaro.

Car is currently at my friends shop getting a few things worked on.. I dont have current pictures except for the ones from the company I bought the car from.

Car is a 350 car.. Muncie M-21.. 12 Bolt car.

Looks nice.. needs work though. It is all manual everything. I am currently upgrading to Wilwood everything on the Power Brake side.

Purchased:

Wilwood DynaLite Pro Front and rear disk brake conversion kit (11 inch rotors, 4 piston front and rear calipers)

Wilwood Proportioning Valve

Wilwood Dual Diaphragm Booster (8 inch) with Tandum Aluminum Master (1 inch)

Wilwood brake light kit

That should solve the braking issues lol.

Next up will be Power Steering, then Painless Wiring Harness.. and then suspension.

The 350 is weak very weak but it is what it is. Its not my first 350 but it is the weakest of them all so far. I will either go LS or Crate motor.. Dont know yet. Budget is shot with the price of the car, shipping.. brake upgrade.. etc etc.

So hopefully the motor holds out for a few years while I save up.

Anyone know of a good shop to swap a LS motor into the car. Someone with experience with this kind of swap in a first gen?

Thanks.

Look forward to being a part of the community.
