2003 chevy 5.3 Hey guy have a question I have a 2003 5.3 I've put 2001 corvette 5.7 heads that's had 30 thousands cut off port and polish with 6.0 lifters and cam I'm wanting a better cam but want to get more power out of it without getting a tune done I have a programmer on it now any suggestions thxs for the help
