Narxoleptic - Mike and Steven So, we are brothers that live in AR, Mike in NW Arkansas and Steven in NE Arkansas.
I have been lurking here for years and decided to join.
We have many projects. But the reason we joined is because of the build that has begun....
I am gathering parts to build a "High School Tribute" S10 Blazer like i had back in H.S. Back in 98, we put a 350/th350 in a 2wd 2 door Blazer that i drove daily. It had a big cam and stall and was a lot of fun.
Now that i have a family with two daughters, i need something to haul them in that is fast. So, i intend to build another but this time a sbe 5.3 with a 78mm, 4L80 and big stall (you know like 60% of the builds on this page). The goal is to make 500whp and be fun for the family.
I, Mike, run a non-profit that puts on 5 car events a year for local NW Arkansas charities so this will also be a vehicle we take to those so my kids get immersed in the car culture early on.

Anyway, current projects are
2011 Ram 2500 Diesel 4wd- 66mm turbo, big injectors, 1000hp capable trans, EFI live, 8" lift, 37s on 20"s - this isnt a daddy built truck....
1966 GMC C10 - 283/700r4, 4"/5" drop, 18" Nissan Titan steel spares, my first vehicle - thats 21 years this summer....
1968 Rail Buggy - 2300cc VW, needs alot of work
1964 Cadillac Series 62 - factory big block, white walls - currently for sale
1972 MG Midget - '88 SVO 2.3 Ford, 61 mm turbo, big cam, T5, cut down 8.8 axle, Mustang 2 front suspension with coilovers, rear 4 link with coilovers - 320 whp and 1800 lbs.... - Almost finished with this build!!
