Just joined Morning All,
Been on here in the past thru Google searches for info item and getting deeper into the project so thought I had better just join. Working on a 69 Camaro with my son. Actually his car but it's in my backyard shop. He lives about 60 miles away from where I live in Oklahoma City, so we work together on it on weekends and I alone on week nights.
Putting a Texas Speed 408 we pulled from a 99 donor car. Went with Ridetech/Moser 9 in the rear and an AME front subframe.
Stripped the car to the shell and starting back up.
We are at the point we need to start making decisions on wiring. Trying to decide where to breach the firewall with the engine control harness. Was planning to do so behind the right fender. Just want to keep the engine bay as tidy as we can. Anyway glad to be here and look forward to sharing info.
