Shakyracer

I'm fairly new to the ls1 scene and i am in need of assistance. I own a 96 camaro z28 with a 6 speed manual transmission and a 5.7L engine and about a year and a half ago my clutch fork crapped out on me and my cars been in the shop ever since. I just need to figure out the part number and or name of the part as i am brand new to owning this car. Any advice would help. Thanks much
