British and new Hey all, I'm Anthony and from the uk.
I am looking to get my first LS engine and convert my BMW E46 in to a beast with a nice LS motor.
Im here to gather as much info on these engines as I can get.

welcome, i would start by searching for an old article from a magazine super chevy may 2004 "ls1 dos & donts". not sure how much power your looking for but a ls1tech sponsor could sell you a 402 cube ls1 block. checkout some stage 2.5 heads , add a fast 92 intake with a 92mm MAF sensor i think would be a wild & crazy setup for your beemer if you can get traction. cheers! ps theres a book called ls swaps by jefferson bryant , its about $22 usd on amazon
