Howdy!
I'm new here, but not new to forums. I'm a sophomore in nursing school at Kent State University in Ohio, working towards my BSN, to be an RN.
I drive a 1998 GMC Jimmy, 4.3L, 4L60e, 4door, 4x4.
currently i have done only the quad-beam mod (high and low beam headlights on at once, instead of switching between them)
Also, a JVC HDR1 headunit, pioneer door speakers, and 2 10" RF subs.
When I get a job as a nurse, I'm planning on buying a small car thats good on gas, and pulling the gutless 4.3L/4L60e in favor of a 6.0L/4L80e and a solid axle up front, with about 6-8" of lift, on at least 35" tires. oh yeah!
right now its just getting me to and from school, I'm 20y/o, and this is my first vehicle, got it when I was 17, and Ive loved it since. This site seems to be full of great info, and I can't wait to see what I can learn!
