Bought a nick williams 102 tb and by mistake the item was sent to an incorrect address which was an apt across the street from me. Explained situation to seller, which he immediately provided his cell to contact him to help resolve the issue. Contacted shipping company right away and was always in communication with me to lmk what was going on. Ended up the person just realized it wasnt there item and dropped it off at my apt office and i picked it up there and all was well. Would definitely do business again.
