Default ITS 80mm too small?

I'm picking up a nicely built 402 tomorrow for a great deal.My plan is to buy a set of ported 241 heads from a buddy.Which should bring my compression to 8.7-8.8 to 1.I found a good used ITS80mm and racegate that is in my price range. Will this turbo be enough for a 402 to make 700-800 rwhp?I'm just afraid it will run out of steam.Maybe I should look at a 88mm,but I'm trying to do this on a budget for now.

Yes it will make the power......only problem is the old R-trim turbines were 100 trim wheels.
