Default will a carbed LT1 make more hp?

i am looking at a LT1 that made 562 hp on a engine dyno but that was with a holley 950 carb and a custom victor jr intake converted to reverse flow cooling. i have 2 questions, 1) is how much whp would 562 fwhp be around? 2) is could i make more hp with a LT1 intake or will a carb still make more? thanks

Theres more to your question. The LTx and LSx are run not only by fuel injection with the computer but many other sensors.

Removing the control of fuel from it would be like pulling your computers ram and expecting it still to function because you used something it has no idea what it was (aka a note pad on your desk) to do the same thing.

So unless you plan to remove all the sensors and put in new gauges.... you have a lot more to consider.

But in my personal opinion I will always like Carbs *Shrugs*

so since it was ran carbed does that mean it would be hard to convert it back to fuel injected?

I know nothing about your particular car so I could only throw guesses out. If its carbed now I would have a lot more questions.
