My 2001 Gmmg Camaro ss Pics!!!
I've been on this forum for a while now and never put up any photos of my car, so I figured it was about time. Click on the pic to hear what she sounds like, nothing crazy. I couldnt figure out how to place the video directly on the thread, newb what can I say. I have a 2001 camaro ss with the gmmg phase 1 package rated at 380hp with 28k miles on it, not a single mark on her. Its got umi subframe connectors and bmr rear lower control arms. The car is pretty much stock till January when I have some time to work on her

Nice car - have fun with it. You say its a GMMG car, so is it a Berger, Tom Henry, Hot Rod Edition, Intimidator? What is its unique GMMG brass tag number?

When I bought it from the original owner a while back he said when he bought it in 2001 he bought the gmmg phase 1 performance package that you could buy directly from gmmg, they had phases 2 and 3 as well. Sadely he didnt have the original paperwork to prove any of it, so I just took his word on it.

If its a rear GMMG, I would try to keep as low miles and as stock as possible. The probably as rare as a real Yenko, so you never know, they might be worth a lot some day. Or **** it, just enjoy and drive that car the way it was meant to be driven. . .

ya it doesnt have one a tag, but these were kits that you bought afterwrods, not changed by dealerships, heres a link to one with the phase 2 package that they only made 50 of in 2002.

I'm a little iffy about this... If I were you, since the previous owner does not have ANY of the documentation to support his claim, I would contact Matt Murphy with the vin to verify it. Those GMMG stickers can be bought for $10 a piece and slapped on there. It is a good looking car nontheless but I would do it just to be sure you didn't get hosed. I guess my point is a GMMG exhaust doesn't make it a GMMG car...

Ya from looking at it I am guessing it is not a real GMMG car. I hope you didn't over pay. It is a very nice car but doesn't appear to be a GMMG car however. I may have GMMG on it, which does sound great...

I bought it cause there was not a mark on it, and paid 18k for it. The gmmg added a nice touch, whether hes telling the truth or not, but Im gonna call gmmg and find out.
