???s on tuning PE w/HPT

working on my ve tables and just about done. According to the HPT help files tuning order goes VE then MAF. At the end it says flash in the new VE, MAF and PE tables. When is the PE tuned? After or before MAF tuning? Does it even matter? Working on smoothing my tables now so would like to know where to go next.

Theoretically if you correctly tune your ifr/maf/ve your commanded/actual commanded pe afr's will follow each other meaning you can do pe tuning for power last.
