Misfire....Need Help...

Misfire....Need Help... I changed out the stock plugs and wires for some TR6 gaped at .038 and MSD8.5 wires...
Now the cars has a misfire...It's been tuned for nitrous (100 shot)...
Question: Would the gap cause it to have the misfire?
Should I change the gap to .035 from .038? or Could one of the wires be bad.
I have checked and rechecked the plugs and wires and its still there...
Any Ideas..
