Well we keep pushing the TC unit on Chris's Silverado SS. Today it made 655/650 through a unlocked 3k+ stall and 22" wheels with 32" tires.
It was blowing through the converter pretty good on the dyno. I could get about 18psi out of it on tip in at just above 3k and as the rpms climbed it went down to 14.
Thing to remember this is a inertia dyno and as the rpm's climb fast it starts to unload the turbo a bit. I would imagine you might be able to make 680whp on a mustang dyno with this setup.
That is all for now till we get a 78 to try, I would imagine we could get another 40-50 with a 78.

I went out on the street and seen 19 just a few minutes ago and it did not fall off. I would suspect that the problem could be with the converter and spinning the rollers to quickly. results would be different on a mustang dyno with a locked converter.

Happened to us with a Supra as well. Had to crank the gate pressure all the way up to get the boost we were making on the street. Dyno's are tough to get a turbo car loaded on.

Well the truck ran awesome at the track.
11.01@125 with a 1.63 60ft at 5580lb. race weight on 22" wheels lol!!!!
Truck also went 127 once with a bad 60ft. All hot laps too lol no super cool downs. Fans were running every time coming up to line. All runs were with a 4-6psi launch on the foot brake at 2800rpm!!!!!! All runs were also at solid 20psi.
Tried for a glory pass with a 10psi launch but the 65e broke about 40ft out lol.
This setup would be a lot of fun in a f-body or a s-10!

My truck with the 72mm turbo made 570-600 at the tires when it ran 11.4X at 117mph. My turbo seems to be going away now, starting to smoke at idle. This will be the second turbo I have wrecked in 85,000 miles. The first one broke in 40,000 miles, this one seems to be going bad at 45,000. Do you think the 76 will fit in the same place as a precision T4 based 72? My clearance to the radiator is about nothing, the turbo is only about 3/4 inch from the fans!!
