WTT: Muncie M-21 AND/OR TH400 for LS1 T-56 My dad and I are building a 69 Camaro and are trying to go with a 6 speed instead of the factory 4-spd.
We have an M-21 4 speed or a turbo 400 out of a 67 Caprice (with the orignal torque converter) that we'd be interested in working something out with.
I'd say the TH400 could use rebuilding, but we never really drove on it.. We got the M-21 with the Camaro and were told it had been rebuilt.
We haven't even gotten to putting the motor and transmission in yet, but we are planning on going with a T-56 out of an LS1 f-body.
