Stalls going into gear when warm Car has mods in sig. Tuner has messed with tune many times. Things are getting better but this is still an issue.
Stalls going into gear when warm on intial start up - more often going into reverse than drive.
What can be done to fix this?

Do you have the capability of posting your tune? If so, do it so someone can comment on it.
My initial guess would be to fix the idle and idle airflow tables for warm ECT.
